Danny Neel -- Senior Marketing Specialist VA Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services. Promotes programs in the Western Region for the advancement of Agriculture dealing with consumers and producers. (I plan for him to be at the fair on Thursday ~Senior Citizen Day ~ speaking on the topic of eating healthy, etc. to the elderly and again later in the evening. Still working on timing.)

Richard Moyer PhD -- Science Professor King College and local Sustainable Farmer - Teaches science at King College and with his family runs their local Reeds Valley Farm in a sustainable fashion utilizing organic practices. (Richard and family work together, canning and preserving; not only for the family, but through Farmers' Markets and co-ops)

Patricia Zalewski-Harris -- BFA Ohio University - Market Manager Lebanon Farmer's Market and Owner/Operator of Handmade Farm in Lebanon, VA

Tom Peterson -- Education Director for Appalachian Sustainable Development - Coordinates and educates sustainable efforts in Agriculture in Southwest VA and Upper East TN.

Donna Meade -- Extension Agent (Russell County) - Coordinates and educates on safe home economic practices.

Chris Salyer -- Senior Food Safety Specialist VA Department of Agriculture and Consumer Affairs

Jim Lyttle -- BS Management (Horticulture) - Former Horticulturist King College and Owner/operator of Lyttle Farm of Copper Ridge a Virginia Century Farm engaged in sustainable crop and Hair Sheep production
