Sample Recipe:
QUICK COMPANY DANISH
- 2 8–roll can Pillsbury crescent rolls
- 2 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese – softened
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Spread one can rolls in 9x13 dish. Press edges to seal. Mix cream cheese, egg, vanilla, and sugar. Spread over first layer rolls. Spread second can rolls over mixture. Pinch edges to seal.
Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
Glaze: 1 cup confectioner’s sugar. Whisk with just enough milk to make pouring consistency.
Can be served warm or cold. Decorate with berries and/or mint sprigs.
